[Advisers] FBLA: New Issue of the Texan!

Everyone!

         I'm glad to announce that "the Texan" is out. New and full of
energy, this paper is comprised of articles that we, the state officers
believe will greatly benefit you and your chapters. This is the one issue
that is made up of only the officer's opinions on the subjects, but from
this point on, we hope to hear from all of you! I wish you a patriotic
