Advisers,

 

Please see the attached spreadsheet which identifies those eligible to compete at NLC.  Please follow the instructions on the spreadsheet and reply back to me by Wednesday, March 28. 

 

NTS will be in charge of all room and Texas day trip arrangements for the conference.  You may make your own travel arrangements, but remember you will have to arrange/pay to get from the airport to the hotel.  The conference organizers and hotel staff know that we use a travel agency for our room arrangements, as do many other states.  No one will be allowed to make arrangements through the hotel on their own.  Also, there are no extra rooms available at any of the hotels.  Everything is booked and some states have not even been assigned a hotel yet because they are out of rooms. 

 

Travel information and pricing will be available soon.  NTS is working up the information now that we have hotel assignments.
