[Advisers] SLC Information

Advisers,

 

I wanted to follow up on a few things regarding SLC next week:

 

*	Online testing - be sure testing is completed by this evening.
I will be downloading the score information tonight to determine
finalists.  
*	Online testing paperwork needs to be taken to the conference and
turned in during registration.
*	Production materials - please bring all paperwork and materials
to the conference to turn in during registration.  If you had a student
who did not test, the materials must be returned or your chapter may be
disqualified.
*	NTS staff will be available on Thursday in the Marriott and
Radisson hotels to distribute room keys.
*	Buses for the sessions and social will load behind the Marriott
hotel.  Be sure you and your students are wearing the appropriate
wristbands or you will not be allowed on the bus.  This information
along with times, etc was sent out by Melissa and is also posted on the
website.
*	I will be emailing and posting finalists information today and
over the weekend.  Be sure to check your email and the website for this
information.
*	Registration will be in the Marriott hotel -
Mockingbird/Bluebonnet Rooms (first floor by ballroom).  Be sure to take
the following items with you to registration:  printout of registration,
national printout of members, payment, and all testing materials.  You
will also pick up assignments and proctoring packets so you can review
your duties.
*	There will not be t-shirts given out at the conference this
year.  Due to the expenses involved with the conference this was an
expense that we had to let go this year. 
*	We appreciate all of the support from the advisers.  Without you
doing your part we would not have an organization for our kids!

 

If I have left out anything let me know and I will try to get
information to everyone.
