Advisers,
 
We will have the first state meeting on the night of Tuesday, June 26.  The meeting will be in the Hyatt, Crystal Ballroom A (West Tower, Green Level) from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  It is not necessary for all students to attend, but at least one adviser from each school needs to attend this meeting.  We will pass out shirts, spirit items, and go over adviser assignments.
 
Go ahead and pencil in an adviser/coordinator meeting for Thursday, June 28 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  Most advisers attending NLC will have a duty.  This meeting is the information meeting so everyone will know what to do for their assignment.
 
If you will not be arriving on Tuesday, I will have your shirts/spirit items that can be picked up at another time.
 
While you are traveling to Chicago, please mention the above meetings to any advisers you see in case everyone does not get this email before leaving.
 
I appreciate your help and can't wait to see you next week.
