Advisers,

 

I know that most of you have not had your area conference yet, but if
possible please contact Syd this week and let her know if you are
planning to travel by air or will need seats on one of the charter buses
she has reserved.  She is currently holding buses and needs to release
them if no one is interested in using this option.  She understands that
all of the conferences have not been held, but she needs at least an
idea of which form of transportation you plan to use.  (
sysds at takeavacation.com)  Syd will definitely be releasing seats on
February 5th.

 

For anyone in Area 5that knows they will be flying out of Houston,
please email Melissa with your tentative numbers so she can hold seats
for you.  (melissa at takeavacation.com)   

 

I have listed the information below for each hotel we are using for the
conference so you can pass the information along to parents.  Please
remember that you must make your reservations using NTS and the online
booking form.  Any reservations made directly through the hotel will be
kicked back.
