CLARIFICATION:

 

All housing arrangements MUST be made through NTS this year.  You must
submit your information using the online forms.  The hotels will not
accept any reservations directly.  Your payments for housing will be
made to NTS, not the hotel.  Staff members from the agency will be on
site to pass out keys, etc so we can streamline the check in process and
get in our rooms easier than we have in the past.

 

I will send out address and phone information for the hotels so you will
have that information to pass on to parents.

 

If you have any questions, let me know.  I am leaving town today for the
officer planning/board meeting and will not be back until Tuesday.  If
you send me questions, I will get back to you as soon as I can.
