As you can see BELOW, we are very close to reaching and exceeding our membership for last year.

Please get your kids to push forward in the next couple of weeks to bring in one new member.

If you will submit the names to me by February 1, of the kids who did recruit one new member during this time, we will put their name in a drawing.  The one picked will receive $50 at the State Leadership Conference.  "RECRUIT FOR BUCKS"

The Membership Department, along with the FBLA and PBL National Officer Teams, are sponsoring a nation-wide Recruitment Drive, kicking off on Tuesday, January 15 and ending on Janaury 31.  To kick off this event, a NEW FBLA and PBL State Officer Board Room will be unveiled - providing states with new recruitment and motivational tools.  Each State Officer will be challenged to meet the following goals:

*	Sponsor a Local Chapter Recruitment Drive during these dates and recruit and enter the "Target Young" Campaign by recruiting at least one NEW Freshman or Sophomore member to the local chapter.
*	Promote this "Target Young"  Campaign to local chapters within their State, asking each local chapter officer to complete this challenge.

Each State Officer completing in this challenge will be asked to complete a brief interactive form so that they will receive recognition on the national web site.  The amount of members recruited during this time period will be tracked.  One State in each Region will receive national recognition, with the State winning the challenge overall, receiving a traveling plaque.  

 

Regions will also be tracked, with the winning Region being receiving national recognition.
