[Advisers] Written Testing Information

Advisers,

 

Please read the information below regarding online written testing.

*         You will need to go to the Texas FBLA website
(http://www.txfbla.org/  to download the spreadsheet with your student
names and passwords.  

o        The username is:  TX FBLA

o        Please only use the information from your chapter!

o        There is a file available for download called "Login Form".
You may use this form to write down your student name and password to
pass out to your members before testing.  

o        Use the chapter testing information from the spreadsheet to
copy/paste and make a roster.

o        Make a copy of your student names & passwords for the proctor
in case the kids lose their information.

*         You will also download the 5 additional files which contain
testing information for you and the proctor.

o        Please read your Adviser Memo carefully prior to your students
testing in case you have any questions.

o        Print the proctor materials and certification forms.  You will
need one form for each student and proctor.

o        Be sure the proctor reads the instructions prior to testing in
case they have questions.

*         Online testing will be available from February 22 - March 2; 8
am - 6 pm.  

*         Some of the written testing determines who will be in the
finals of specific events.  These chapters will be notified on Monday,
March 5.

*         Students are NOT ALLOWED to take a calculator into the testing
room.  A calculator is provided in the program for the students to use.
This will ensure that all students are using the same calculator.



*         I have been notified that the home skills testing materials
should be on the way to you today.  Please be on the look out for these
materials in the next few days.

 

With anything new there is bound to be some anxiety and questions.
Please be patient through this process and if you have questions let me
know.  This is new for all of us!
