There seems to have been a problem this year, more so than in the past, with
responses from the Support Ticket system being blocked by district SPAM
filters. Apparently districts are getting more aggressive in their filtering
which made it somewhat difficult to get the passwords out. To alleviate that
problem for next year, I've added a field on the Change School Information
page for you to enter your Chapter Number. Next year, to retrieve your
password, you will not need to send in a support ticket to get your
password, but simply enter your email address and chapter number, and your
password will be displayed to you in your browser window. In order for you
to use the password retrieval feature next year, you will need to have your
chapter number on record. Please take a minute to log back into the system
and click on *Change School Info*. at the top of the screen and enter your
Chapter number. Also, if you have students entered in Website Design or
E-Business, you must also have the URL of their site entered in the
approptiate location on that screen as well. Traci sent an email out last
week regarding that.
