[Advisers] registration notes

A few notes about registration:

 

Website:  Be sure you included the URL for your team's website entry
with your online registration.  This is what will be used by the judges
to rate the websites.  The link for the Website Development URL is with
the rest of the school information when initially registering. To add
the URL, click on Change School Information at the top of the
registration page.

 

March of Dimes and Endowment:

*         Please include the amounts you will be donating with your
online registration form.  This is also done by Clicking the Change
School Information Button. This will help us in determining who is
donating money and will receive awards.

*         The MOD form may be completed and emailed to me if you did not
mail it.

 

Money

*         Please do not submit any money in advance.  ALL money should
be paid at the conference during registration.

*         This includes registration, March of Dimes, and Endowment.

 

Schedule

*         I will be sending and posting out a schedule of events by
Thursday or Friday.

 

Scrapbook and Battle of Chapters

*         These events were not part of registration.  We will offer
these again this year.  If you plan to participate there will be a sign
up sheet at registration.

*         Scrapbooks will be dropped off during registration for
judging.

*         Battle of Chapters will be held during the day on Friday as
workshop sessions like last year.

 

Testing

*         Production materials will be sent out after registration is
completed.  You will pass these on to your proctors for testing.  All
materials must be turned back in at SLC registration or your chapter
will not be eligible to compete.  (this includes any unused testing
materials)

*         Online testing will be done during the two weeks prior to SLC.
Proctor packets and information will be available soon for you to
download and give to proctors.  Passwords and information will be sent
out once registration is complete.
