  Dear Advisers,



Welcome to another amazing start to the school year.  The State Action Team
has been diligently working over the summer and has begun to plan for our
State Leadership Conference in El Paso on March 8-10.  This year's theme for
SLC is Trailblazing Beyond Your Boundaries.



This year we are offering a $500 drawing for all advisors that register 80%
of their chapter membership by October 10th.  To change bylaws, submissions
must be sent in by December 1st.



I have attached a letter for you and another one for the member.  In them, I
discuss the State Charities and plans for the year.  I look forward to
working with and assisting you throughout this year.
